A Few Simple Rules for a Great Stay
We want every guest to feel safe, welcome, and comfortable. These rules help us maintain the high standards reflected in our 5.0-star Google rating and 11 five-star reviews. Thank you for doing your part.
General Rules
Lot rent is due at the beginning of the term (1st of month, week, or day).
Please keep trash gathered and placed in the dumpster.
No faucets may be left “running” in cold weather to keep from freeze up. It floods the sewer system.
Our property is poison free. No weedkillers or insecticide use allowed without pre-approval.
Pet Policy
Pet feces must be immediately gathered and disposed of.
Pets may not be allowed to run free or unattended.
Use the dog park considerately of others.
