General Rules
- Lot rent is due at the beginning of the term (1st of month, week, or day).
- Please keep trash gathered and placed in the dumpster.
- No faucets may be left “running” in cold weather to keep from freeze up. It floods the sewer system.
- Our property is poison free. No weedkillers or insecticide use allowed without pre-approval.
Pet Policy
- Pet feces must be immediately gathered and disposed of.
- Pets may not be allowed to run free or unattended.
- Use the dog park considerately of others.
